Ahhh the delicious apple pie..Best served warm..Hmmm the aroma of sweet cooked apples and buttery pie crust fills the house! I made crumbles with oats on the topped to make it a little healthier and it gives it a crunch. Chunky soft cooked apples caramelized with sugar yums! I'm not too much into to the all blended mushy apple, doesn't give as nice of a texture on the taste buds.
Next time try scooping vanilla ice cream on your apple pie..It quite awesome! =) More to come!..
